Delivery time to United States

Economy 4 - 8 business days

Standard 2 - 5 business days

Delivery time to Canada, European Countries, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zeland, Mexico, Brazil and Rest of World.

Standard 10 - 30 business days

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

* This doesn’t include our 1-5 business days processing time.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

We're not responsible for any customs and taxes fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to the possibility that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country. While many countries don't have customs fees, some do. We recommend you investigate your country's customs fees before placing your order.

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. If your purchase is within the United States, there will be no customs fees. Only a few products, such as shoes, are shipped from our warehouses in Hong Kong and China.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays, this is depend of your country.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

FLASHLANDER are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your shipping and billing address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
